    It took me only a few days to realize that these are not for me. I had liked the idea of having Bluetooth capability and being customizable for my hearing loss profile. But if I had them connected to my Bluetooth device, when not playing anything, they would frequently slip into Bluetooth mode momentarily, then take a few seconds to fade back into hearing device mode. Too many gaps. I still had to ask people to repeat. I returned them a few days ago, haven't heard back or received a refund yet.

    They work very well for my needs

    I am still getting used to them and sometimes feel like they will fall out of my ears, but I love them. I have not taken the hearing test yet, but can use them right out of the box. I love being able to pause playback or take a phone call just by pressing the button. It has opened up a whole new world for me.

    I’m returning them as the quality was not great & the aid tip came off in my ear, needing medical assistance to remove from my ear canal.

    I received my Hearing aids with Bluetooth and recharging ability with great expectations. Only to find that they do not sync as well as I thought and one or the other will go out and lose connection. I gave it a good try, but not satisfied. I would like to return them for a refund.

    Great for the price

    Many features found on $3000 aids. Very easy to use the first time. Quite comfortable. Takes a tiny bit of getting used too.
