Can't adjust the volume. They work and all but they are way to loud. Unless I am very wrong which i could be it seems that in order to get the custom settings you have to pay a monthly fee. So unless I can adjust the volume, bass, and treble you need to send me a return label and refund my account.

Smart BT Aid BT Omni Initial Impressions

Unfortionaly even the smallest domes are too large. The app is in real bad shape or requires a better writing/translation. Will keep working with them but not too optomistic.

These are EXACTLY what I need to control them with the APP. Anyone with dexterity issues should get these.

Using time much less than promised.

The hearing aids have worked great for me. I'm very pleased how they have helped me hear much better. But the using time after being charged it's only about 2 hours. That is nowhere near the 8 hours that was promised when I purchased this product. Do you need to send me new hearing aids. Is there something wrong with them. Other than the using time being so very short I am very satisfied with the product. Please help. Michael Higginbotham. Thank you
