Does the NW30 have app support?

No. the NW30 does not support app control.

Will this help me with my tinnitus?

It will provide temporary relief by masking the sounds of your tinnitus with the amplified sound. However, the tinnitus would come back once you are finished using the neckband.

Can I use it on more than one Bluetooth device?

Sure! However, you cannot use it on more than one Bluetooth device at the same time. For example, if you wanted to use it for your TV while it’s connected to your phone, you would have to connect to the TV instead and disconnect from the phone.

My go to household hearing aid

I like this for my "around the house" hearing aid because if I need to pull one or both earplugs out, they don't get lost. I also like that I can blue tooth into my smart TV and smart phone. So inexpensive I may order a spare.

Just What I Needed

I have only moderate hearing loss and needed help hearing voices in a crowd and higher pitched voices. It works well when I need to hear instructors in class settings. The blue tooth connection with my phone works well for phone calls and music. The hearing aid feature is sometimes too loud so I turn it down or off. I also love the fact that the battery lasts for more than 24 hours between charges. The controls are easy to manipulate. My only criticism is that the earbuds should be a bit longer because they have a tendency to fall out, but being attached with a wire to the neck band there's no danger of losing them, which is the primary reason I got these instead of regular hearing aids.

Works well & love the design of the transmitter around the neck. The only issue is that my mom is 93 has poor vision & must have small ear canals because she struggles to insert them into her ears & even if I help, they eventually fall out. Wish you sold one with the same transmitter but that has a lightweight headset that would lay flat against the ears. Would make it more handicap friendly then 😉☺️
I agree with the other review about the Bluetooth features, the sound is very clear & love the rechargeable feature.

This is not bad for a hear aid device especially if you are conscientious about wearing a hearing aid. It actually serves to functions. One it's a hearing aide, and second, it's a blue tooth device for your phone. It has Microphones at the end of the device that picks up very clear and no one will ever know you are wearing a hearing aid.
